Recipe for Dinner
100 g/4 oz/1 cup Danish Blue cheese, crumbled 250 mil8 oz/1 cup soured (dairy sour) cream
5 mill tsp Worcestershire sauce
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp dried dill (dill weed)
1 dill pickle, finely chopped
Mash the cheese with a fork and gradually work in the cream until fairly smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
