Prepare as for Honeyed Apple Squash but use half apples and half blackberries.
Prepare as for Honeyed Apple Squash but substitute gooseberries for the apples. Cook them for 2 minutes instead of 1 minute.

Raspberry and Mint Crush.
300 g/11 oz/1/2 small can raspberries in natural juice Icing (confectioners) sugar, sifted 15 mill tbsp chopped mint Crushed ice.
Sparkling mineral water.
Puree the raspberries and the juice in a blender or food processor with the mint, then pass through a sieve (strainer). Stir in icing sugar to taste and add the mint. Pour over crushed ice, then top up with sparkling mineral water. Stir and serve.
