Recipe for Dinner.
Morello Brandy Fizz.
400 g/14 oz/1 large can morello cherries, stoned (pitted)
300 ml/1/2 pt/1/2 cup s carbonated mineral water, chilled 150 ml/1/2 pt/1/2 cup brandy.
3 ice cubes.
4 orange slices.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large jug and serve.
600 ml/1 pt/2'/ cups cold milk 50 ml/2 oz/1/2 tbsp lemon sorbet.
1 pawpaw, peeled, seeded and sliced Juice of 1 lime.
2 ice cubes.
Mint or borage leaves.
Place all the ingredients except the herbs in a blender or food processor and blend well. Pour into four tall glasses, decorate with mint or borage leaves and serve at once. Alternatively, reserve slices of pawpaw and lime to decorate.
